Chairman - George H. Lewis III
A graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. Started with the Company in 1959.

President - David W. Lewis
A graduate of the Ohio State University with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Started with the Company in 1989.

Vice President - Sales/Marketing - Kenneth F. Burkins
A graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Business Administration - Marketing. Started with the Company in 1977.

Vice President/Treasurer - Michael B. Dunphy
A graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Accounting - Business Administration. Started with the Company in 1978.

Plastics Plant Manager - Crawford Smith
A graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Started with the Company in 1979.

Ceramics Plant Manager - Robert Kusmits
A graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Industrial Management. Started with the Company in 1980.
